Kelly Jones has been in media sales for nearly 30 years. He began his media career as an account executive and eventually moved into sales management. Before joining KWWL he was the sales manager for the NBC affiliate in St Louis. He is thrilled to have the role as the General Sales Manager for KWWL. He believes that the Cedar Valley is a great place to work and call home. During his career Kelly has always strived to develop talent and drive business growth for clients by listening to their needs and providing solutions. As the General Sales Manager, Kelly’s responsibilities include overseeing the local and national sales efforts of KWWL, the Heroes & Icons network and the MeTV network, and overseeing the digital advertising operations. KWWL offers a full suite of digital advertising solutions. Kelly believes KWWL’s collective digital products are superior to any other provider in the market. Kelly has been involved in many community organizations and believes that supporting the local community and being involved is crucial to long term success and happiness. Kelly and his wife, Julie, have a daughter, Skyler, two dogs “Buster and Buddy”, and Jasmine, the family cat. In his free time, Kelly enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and backpacking, spending time with his family, and traveling.
